Depending on our schedule, we can often start within 1–2 weeks of the estimate. For urgent projects, reach out by phone and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Prime Looks is fully licensed and carries general liability insurance. We're happy to provide documentation upon request.
Do you work on weekends?
We work Saturdays and can arrange Sunday visits by appointment. We understand that weekdays aren't always convenient for homeowners.
What areas do you serve?
We serve residential and commercial clients across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask — we probably do.
How do payments work?
We collect a deposit to schedule the work and the balance upon completion. We accept cash, check, and digital payments. Full payment terms are outlined in the estimate.
